ORDER FULFILMENT – Standard (UK only)
Orders will be dispatched within 2-4 days of being placed and will be delivered by Royal Mail on a tracked service. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays. Please note that during Royal Mail strikes, it may take us longer than usual to deliver your order.
STANDARD (EU)
Please contact us for further details, as delivery times vary from country to country, but our aim is for you to receive your parcel as quickly as possible.
VAT AND DUTIES
Tax rules vary from country to country; the price shown is dependent on the country you are ordering from. EU orders equal to or under €150, tax will be charged at checkout and not on arrival into your chosen country. The tax rate is dependent on the EU member state you are residing in, we encourage you to check this via the European Commission website.
If your order exceeds the value of €150, any tax and import duties will be charged upon importation into your country, by your carrier. These charges are subject to the EU member state where the goods are being imported into and are out of our control.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a full refund service if your unhappy in anyway. You need to notify us within 14 days of your purchase, and the product needs to be returned in a new, unused state, fit for resale. We offer the right to reject a refund if the product is returned, not in the state it was issued.
We are not liable for any parcels/products damaged by any courier or delivery service. Please inspect your parcel on arrival, any issues we need to be notified within 48 hours.
We are a small bespoke company, and not a huge conglomerate. We offer mostly handmade products, that have been crafted with love and care. Our aim is to provide a fair service to match our products. Sometimes things take a little longer than we all would like, but a little thought and respect goes a long way from both us and yourself.
